Sort appointments using categories in the Day/week/month view

I am trying to sort appointments in Outlook by date, region, and location
using categories but I want to view it as a calendar (day/week/month). Please
help.
 
Use View->Arrange By->to get to a customized view where you can set criteria
for what is displayed. However, I don't think the results will be what you
want.

make sure to try out the Define Views function that you'll see on the very
bottom of the dro down menu when you follow Milly's instructions - you can
make your own filtered view and show it as a Calendar or table.
