Sort and Sum

Project Activities Project Code Hours Subtotal
a 1 6.5
sdf 2 5.5
a 1 1.5
df 45 6
fd 3 5
sdf 2 7

Table above has to be sorted by project activities and then by project
code ,similar enteries have to be added and the subtotal is to
displayed in the subtotal column.
I am totally confused some vody help me out here

What i am working on is time sheet . i am attaching the timesheet wit
the message . The idea is that as the employee fills the time shee
for a week the data is generated on on the project worksheet next tim
when i add the data for it should update the present sheet. What i wan
is two reports
*individual wise*
employee name
from time to time
project name project code total_time
a ss 2.5
b ee 7.5

*project wise*
Employee name project name total_time
