I have the Qhost quarantined (WINDOWS\SYSTEM32
\DRIVERS\ETC\HOSTS. McAfee did a remote control for me
cause I had absolutely none. They told me it is not the
Qhost trojan, it is spyware or adware. I did the
NoAdware scan, it found nothing. I did the Microsoft
AntiSpy scan, it found nothing. I have been having
several problems downloading upgrades from McAfee or
connecting to them at all!! I got an automatic upgrade
yesterday (WOW), did a virusscan and it found nothing. I
clicked on manage quarantined files-it still says it is a
Qhost--I hit restore and !!!!!!!!! YOU ARE RELEASING THE
QHOST--YOU MUST QUARANTINE OR DELETE!!! I lose control
on my browser, find things I saved where I didn't save
them, lose control of mouse ALOT, and in general we are
all sucked in to play with these GLUE TUBES that need
constant tweaking and lead us all to drink beer or
whatever it takes to make us feel not so angry. Can
anyone help me?

Hi

Try Housecall

Then restart in safe mode, press F8 during reboot and let
MSAS scan, choose full system scan.

- Restart
