Hey Guys
At last a Sophos newsgroup at alt.comp.antivirus.sophos !

Did you notice the traffic? Postings come in at a rate of twice per
week. After four weeks of boredeom, I unsubscribed.

Hi Gabriele Neukam
By the looks of it, the request for this newsgroup entry was only
submitted by Biff two weeks ago on 28/08/03 so I'm not sure what you
were looking at four weeks ago !
Be patient, it always takes a little while to get things going.
A minimum if one week if you are lucky, but generally it takes about a
month to propagate properly.
Were you looking for something in particular from the newsgroup ?

Hi Doc
Your list doesn't exactly contain forums though.
Newsletters & bulletins are a different matter.
I would agree there are dozens of them.
But these are primarily for indoctrination.
The guys that write that stuff are not out there
trying to solve problems in a working environment.
Formus are where we can exchange our experiences,
solutions and other useful ideas at any time of day
Formus provide the best value and the fastest fixes
Essential for working in the real world
And I for one welcome this new forum

<sarcasm> If it really was only two weeks, it must have been that
exciting, that I thought double of the time went by </sarcasm>

My Newsserver provided it from the beginning on, but after the first
three or four postings, close to nothing seemed to happen. I have seen
other newly created groups which would be populated rapidly, instead of
dozing like this acas.
