Is anyone having trouble connecting to the Sophos databank using Enterprise
Manager?
I have been getting the following (abbreviated) message since last
Friday.....
Parent could not be accessed
Check the parent address/path and access settings
I have been on their website to read the FAQ and checked everything. I can
connect to the databank via a browser OK.
I've also e-mailed them twice (haven't got round to phoning them) and they
haven't responsed.....
I can manualy update the CIDs though so atl east we're up to date.
I've even just tried a re-install and that didn't work either.
EM is running on a W2K machine with all the latest secrity patches on etc. I
wouldn't be surprised if it's one of them that's probably causing the
problem
