Sony DVD has a ?

My sony DVD won't start It is found but a note says you might have trouble.
The device man. has ! . there is a note saying it can't start code 10. When
going to my computer it's not there. Any help?

Thanks Cari I had to remove and add 5or 6 times then the drive showed up but
would not work. A little research and i found out that the dvd had 2 drive
letters after changing the drive letter it worked. Well at least for now
