Sony digital camcordeer still pictures

Hi, Can anyone help me to find out why my cassette in my small Sony keeps
getting messed up??? I need it for a trip in October. It seems Sony don't
know why either

Are you really expecting a solution to your bizzare question?
I'll have an attempt: I suspect it's blaumange, or it may be custard.
