Sonic/Vista, trying to burn image/DVD burner drive not detected;

I downloaded Vista (beta), it opened Sonic, to burn the image, thus to put in
a DVD and create the cd of Vista. Problem it, that is shown that no drive is
detected, and I know that's crap. My DVD/CD burner drive is (E), but it ain't
working, and nothing I know is wrong with my PC, heck I do scan's everyday
unfortunately due to not knowing (6.3) billion I share this Earth with; any
clue people as to why my (E) drive is not being detected, or what's going on
here? Thank you in advance.
 
There is nothing wrong with anything in my Device manager, period. Thank you!
 
My (E) drive = (DVD/CD Burner) is showing up in my computer; not hop around,
I need bottomline.
