For the last 2 days when I turn on my pc, Norton Firewall picks up the above
as wanting to access the internet. Its recommendation is NO so I have
clicked ok and it goes away. I must have somehow when downloading a program
picked this up in my START folder. Does anyone know what this is? and of
course how to disable it?
TIA

Does this look like a Norton or Sonic support group to you, you ****head?
Ask yourself would you still have this problem if you were using, say,
Windows 2000. If the answer is anything other than yes, you are a ****wit.

What software is installed in your Sonic folder? Anything in that program's
help file about an Update Manager?

Thanks Sharon. I installed BackupMyPC a long time ago and in the Sonic
folder I see a reference to it (STOMP software). I have emailed them to see
if they did it and if so I'll let my firewall accept the item. Thanks so
much.
