Sonic solutions --DLA

Hello friends,
I upgraded to the new Microsoft windows vista 32 bit operating system
ultimate.
My system came with preinstalled software from Dell I have my DVD plus and
every time I start my computer it is saying that my version of Windows is not
compatible with the driver in sonic solutions. So I am trying to find an
updated driver.
Can someone help with this ?
