Which Sonic MyDVD will work with Microsoft Movie Maker 2 and where can I buy it instead of getting it online?

I am using version 4.5 which came with my external
burner. Haven't had any issues with it yet. It does not
allow for chapter creation. I get around this by just
making smaller movies in MM2 and bringing them into MYDVD
separately instead of creating one long movie.

As Steve said, v4.5 will get the job done, though Sonic is currently up to
version 5.3, which has more features.

If you don't want to get it online, I'm sure you can find it at places like
Best Buy, MicroCenter, and Fry's, as well as perhaps Staples, OfficeDepot,
etc.
