Is anyone out there using the Sonexis Conference Manager system... They
have an outlook add-in that adds a couple of tabs to the meeting request
form. On one of the tabs, there is a drop-down box that is supposed to
allow you to select if you want an Audio Only, Web Only or Audio & Web
conference, but when you select anything other than Audio&Web, the control
resets itself to Audio & Web.
I can't figure out if there is some security issues getting in the way or
what. I get no dialog warnings or anything, just doesn't work.
If I uninstall MS Office and then Re-Install MS Office (from the same MSI)
the control then starts to behave.
I have attempted to work this through with the vendor, but their response is
"Well, it works on our system, so you have to figure out whats wrong with
yours."
Any insight is greatly appreciated.
