Something to find program conflicts?

Hi,

I've ceen looking all over to find a diasgnostic program that checks
to see if there are any program conflicts - or if a particular
p[rogram is theone causing the problem whan it interacts with another
particular program. I've seen several to purchase, but so far non for
free. Can you help?

OH NO! Not Fresh Devices, fine purveyor of SPAM-Ware! I signed up for
one of their apps and was spammed every week until I got off the list.
The software is not THAT good.

I wish I had an answer but I will stick to doing it the hard way rather
than the SPAM way.

It would help to know what your problem involves. Dxdiag and
troubleshooter for instance, are available in Win98SE. You may
have more success asking in microsoft.public.win98.gen_discussion
NG, but include your OS and what the indication of your problem is.
The exact words from an error msg would help a lot. The MVP's are
pretty good at fixing problems if you can provide enough information.
