Something less than an administrator account but more than Limite

I need Something less than an administrator account but more than Limited.

If this is an all or nothing choice than this a big problem.

I believed that in the past there was something in between.

Can anyone advised?

In XP Home, there is only Administrator or Limited. XP Pro gives you far
more flexibility with user accounts. However, if you have Home Edition
you can get a great deal of Pro's functionality with either MVP Doug
Knox's Security Console or the MS Shared Computer Toolkit.
