Something is wrong with my cookies

my computer wont let me sign into hotmail, or things that
require you to sign in, and i cant figure out the
problem, i think that it has something to do with the
cookies
 
What is the privacy setting on your machine?

Open IE and go to: Tools=>Internet Options=>Privacy Tab

You man need to back the slider down a notch or two.
 
its on medium, i tried adjusting it and everything, but
it still wont let me get into hotmail or anything else
that requires you to sign in

In internet options under the advance tab if use SSL 2.0
Click to expand...
and SSL 3.0 are unchecked then check them
