I think someone is messing with my computer and going into
sites that I do not approve of. I think they are deleting
the history afterwards. Is there anyway I can catch them?

Grace,
Save the below (between the dotted lines) in Notepad as "NoHistory.reg" (no
quotes)
Save in [example] My Documents
Locate "NoHistory.reg", right-click and select: Merge
Confirm the message and reboot
----------------------------------------
REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control
Panel]
"History"=dword:00000001

Okay so how do you do that? I'm computer illiterate so I
don't know what you mean. Thanks for your help.

Grace,
You could add a Registry entry to "gray-out" the History section
thus preventing the unknown user from deleting the
History. said:
