Hello
I have Microsoft PowerPoint Office 2003, and this is for my fishing show, just a sample video, I made many presentations but this is the first one I made with a movie clip. I upload the movie after i converted it from a .mov to a .wma, i can watch it perfectly on powerpoint but one question I have which I hope someone can answer. I wrote my name for example, and then (its hard to explain) I displayed it on the movie screen, when i played it my name wasnt appearing?? i wondered well, so i minimized the movie clip and made my name appear from off the creen using a effect to go on the screen, I THEN NOTICED that my name does the effect but goes behind the screen..So my question is does anyone know how to get my name to appear on the screen, like over lap it
Any help will help, thank you very muc

Sorry, Chase.

Movies always play on top. Your best bets will be to either ...
a) edit the movie to include the text you want or
b) place the text in a 'non-movie' portion of the screen.

[CRITICAL UPDATE - Anyone using Office 2003 should install the critical

Updates".]

Hello,

PowerPoint does not have the capability to display anything in front of a
playing movie (movies will always plays in front regardless of their
z-order position in the slide when edited).

feature for allowing other slide contents to be displayed in front of
playing movies, don't forget to send your feedback (in YOUR OWN WORDS,
