someone PLEASE help me!!!

Ok, I am a Windows Xp user. I am having a problem running
downloaded Zip Files. when I extract the file (using
WinZip)it all fine. But when I go to Run the program, i
get an error saying "Systemk Error&H8007007E (-
2147024770). The Specified module could not be found."

I have tried re-downloading it but it still doesnt work.
Why is it doing this !? :(

Someone PLEASE help!
 
You dont need to use that program,delete win-zip alltogether
Download the zip file,R.click on it,select,extract all,xp will unzip the fil
for use.

It sounds like the zip is unpacking okay but the contents are unusable.
What kind of file is in the zip? If it is a program and it is causing a
system error, what program is it? Is it a program suitable for use with XP?
It's also possible that the contents of the zip file are damaged. Contact
the site or person you're downloading from and have them check that zip
file out. They may need to replace it with a freshly zipped file.

If it is a data file, do you have a program installed that is capable of
opening the file type?
