Someone please help me

I uninstalled a progam, but when I did a system restore the program
reappeared and will not uninstall again. And on top of all this my restore
points delete themsevles to put more room on my computer. Does anyone no how
I can get rid of this progam once and for all?
 
It would help to know the name of the program.

How did you try to uninstall the program?

What happened when you tried to uninstall the program? Did you
receive any error messages? If so, please quote all error
messages in their entirety.
 
The program is or was Nero 7 Ultra Edition. Yes, I've tried to uninstall it
again, when I do the error message that appears is Shellmanger database is
corrupt or missing.
 
I ask again - HOW did you try to uninstall the program?

Did you open "Control Panel" and select "Add or Remove
Programs" - or did you try a different method?

If you used "Control Panel / Add or Remove Programs", is Nero 7
still in the list of "Currently installed programs"?

If you used UNNero.exe or Add/Remove Programs to uninstall Nero7 and you
are now unable to uninstall it after it's return via System Restore:
First see if you can reinstall it and then uninstall it.

Thank you Brian. I did what you said and just to reinstall Nero when that
didn't work I downloaded Nero 7 clean tool and that work wonderfully. So
thank you again for your help.
