Can anyone help me, please? It's pretty clean Windows 2003 standard
server with the Novell Client 4.9 and Services for Netware 5.2 which
will be used to migrate files from a Novell server to the W2003
server, then the Novell Client and Novell services will be removed
from the server.

Those to are the only additions. Everything is straight forward.
Yes, all updated from Windows Update.

Here is the best bit. Exchange has never touched this server and the
hardware is brand-spanking new.
