Someone help me please

Ok I am really computer illiterate so I need help. I am afraid that before
me and the ex brokeup, he downloaded some kind of program so he has access to
everything I do. It doesnt show up when I run McAfee but I'm not convinced.

There is a file on Notepad which is quite lengthy and is something about
verbose logging having been installed. It is something to do with MSI? Also
the word cloaking is used in that doc.

The other weird things Ive found is some log file from something called
viewpoint experience technology and seems aimed at my AOL account.

Can anyone help?

Since you are uneasy about the state of your computer and since you say
you are computer illiterate, take the machine to a professional computer
repair shop. Have them back up your data and do a clean-install of
Windows. Have them set up the machine securely. This will not be your
local version of BigStoreUSA.

There is no other way to be sure your computer is clean and uncompromised.
