Someone broke into my mail account

I've received an e-mail which came from my account/mail which was an
advertisement to computers.
What can I do about it?

Please change your password immediately before they do it for you and take
full and permanent control over your account. There is nothing else you can
do because the authorities have bigger things to worry about like trade with
China and jobs in United States!
