who was it ? Q?

well here I am on another computer for several hours using FF, the settings
are on autoupdate, version 1.5.0.4.....

when will it autoupdate? Perhaps in a month or 2?

I finally got fed up waiting restarting closing opening it to see if it will
wake up from its deep sleep and autoupdate, so I press the damn update
button to get it over with!

This is what made me thing that FF did not have the setting to autoupdate in
the past.. because I had noticed that although it was possible to press the
button to update, I never got any automatic updating...

So what are the underlying rules governing the autoupdate? I am not using
much bandwidth to say that it uses Qos like windows update does... so whats
with this?

Did you check your settings at tools > options > advanced > update?

Nope, I don't even know how to "blaber".

No one has reported problems with the autoupdater not working so far.
Good luck.
