hi

i really need some help with my email and the outlook setting

how do i check my email from outlook??

i mean if i have a site like www.blahblahblha.com

and my email is (e-mail address removed)

but i dont have the option in the site for to check the email
so i need to register it in outlook right?

how i can do that?

Have you REALLY no idea how to use the "help" function in Outlook?
 
If you own the domain then the provider would have supplied you with both
the mail settings and username/password

Contact the support personnel at blahblahblah.com and ask them. Only they
can tell you how.
