Well, your site is hosted on an Apache server with FrontPage extensions,
as shown by using this link ( url ) :
http://www.scarfizzie.com/_vti_inf.html

So, that tells me that you are not using the correct file name for your "default" or Home page file
name.

With your web open in FrontPage, go to folder view, right click on the file that is your "main" or
"home" page and rename it to index.htm

When prompted, let FrontPage correct the links to the page.
When it is done Click File > Publish Web ( or site ) and set the publish address to:
http://www.scarfizzie.com

Do *Not* use ftp://ftp.scarfizzie.com

This site is best viewed............

Here's a list of your servers allowed home pages:

If you are the site's webmaster, you can remedy this problem by creating a
default HTML page with one of the following names:

a.. index.html
b.. index.htm
c.. default.htm
d.. Default.htm
e.. home.html
f.. Home.chtml
NOTE: Filenames are case sensitive, i.e., Home.html is not the same as
home.html

You need to have one.
