My laptop keeps turning off by itself but I know for a fact that it's not a virus problem. I didn't even start having this problem until after I installed XP over the summer. Somebody please help me!
Start by going to System Properties / Advanced tab / Startup and Recovery /
settings / Uncheck auto startup. This will stop the computer from auto
starting and will give you a blue screen error stop code . Record the stop
error and entire message and repost for more assistance. Jym
