some web site messing up

The other night i was clearing up my computer of the junk
that its full of. Doing this i ended up deleting a lot of
stuff. Unfortinately i must have deleted something
important. Because of this my internet is realy messed
up. About half of the websites load up perfectly fine but
they other half don't. It sort of seams like the html
codes isnt working (im only guessing) like none of the
pictures will load and the pages wont be orginized right,
its just all messed up. If anyone knows how i can fix
this or what files i would need to get that would be very
