This is only happining on my laptop, my other 2 computer are working just fine.

Why did you uninstall Service Pack 2, Radex?
This is likely your issue. Uninstalling SP2 unless *absolutely* necessary,
is generally not recommended or done.
The URL you quote, I can view just fine from where I sit.
