Some URL's don't load

My new XP for some reason will not load certain URL's. It's only a few but
always the same ones. The best example is for Sams Club. www.samsclub.com
Would there be an explanation for this? Thanks for the help! Fred Hilton

Not sure whether this is the same issue I had.

I had a couple of URls that when I tried to address them,
my browser just terminated.

I checked my installed programs and removed the Java run
time environment. I could then access the URLs ok. I then
downloaded the Sun Java Virtual machine from their web
site.

Hope it cures your problem
