some sites just disappear

Sometimes, when accessing a site, the whole site, including the browser,
will just disappear. I thought it might be a cookie-related problem, but my
brower (IE6.0) is set to accept all cookies. Also, this problem only seems
to happen to survey or polling sites. Can anyone tell me what is wrong and
how to solve the problem?

not a very secure system you are running, accepting all
cookies. set privacy settings at medium high.
and is your isp or hopefully if you have some real firewall
blocking ,what are sometimes considered bad sites for privacy.
or you have some wonderfull spyware that has infested your
system ,blocking sites.
