Some sites dont open at all.

Hello, whenever i try to go to some sites they dont open.
Sometimes it takes to me to a search engine saying we
can't find what you searched for. Sometimes i get page
cannot be displayed. 2 sites of which i know of are
http://www.graphixelite.com and
http://www.skinsntemplates.com , i have been on these
sites before and they worked perfectly for me. But now
they dont open at all. I ask people on my messenger if it
works for them and they say it does.

Does anyone know what to do?
 
C:\Windows\Hosts and C:\Windows\Hosts do
not exist on my computer, Im using Win XP and i recently
went from a 150k internet connection to a 600k one. I
still did the other instructions and this still doesnt
work.

Need Help

Did you set Windows Explorer to show hidden files and folders?

Besides, on WinXP it's in C:\Windows\Drivers\etc
