1)Why do the screen icons look so big? and y can't i reduce their size?
2)Where is Add/Remove programs?
3)Is there a way to make windows explorer open full screen every time?

I find Vista exellent other than these items...install went perfectly. The
eye candy is great and it runs smoothly and fast.

You can adjust the size of the screen icons - for example for the icons on
your desktop, right-click on a blank space on your desktop and go to view,
then you can change icon size.

Add/remove programs is under start/control panel/programs.

To make explorer open full screen, open it up full-screen and then hold ALT
and click the red X to close. On opening it again it should be full screen.
However Vista has a problem with remembering folder settings, and it may
revert back at some stage.

1) Click a blank part of your desktop, hold down CTRL on your keyboard, and
adjust the icon size with your mouse scroll wheel.
2) Control Panel/Programs and Features
3) Probably.

Open one Explorer window, drag the edges to get it as large as it will go,
then close it by tapping Alt, then File on the menu bar and Close.
