Hi All,

I have the following questions and look forward to any
ideas:

1. As far as I know, Microsoft Office supports Win2k and
WinXP. Does Microsoft Office runs on WinXP Embedded too?

2. Can Microsoft Office 2000 runs client system (Windows
XP Embedded) during Remote boot?

3. Any other Microsoft product having or supporting
Remote Boot Feature?

License agreement prevents you from using Office on XPe.
So questions regarding if it can run on XPe are irrelevant.

Slobodan

Do you mean that if I have the license, I can run Office on WinXPe without
problems?
I am fresh in the XPe field. Have you any idea on other questions?

Thanks a lot!

No, I mean that you can not obtain license for this. It is strictly
forbidden to run Office and similar applications on XPe.

Sorry,
Slobodan

I must say that, of course, office can run perfectly run
in XPe environment.
However, you must active it for further use.

Hi Slobodan,

Thank you for your reply.

But I still need more explanation to the information. Can you share with me
some resources such as URL links or documents including the details?

I really appreciate your great help.

Best regards,
David Wang

Hi Ittgx,

Thank you for your attention and the answer.

Do you mean I need to active Office or XPe before running Office on XPe?

I am really ignorant in this field. Can you let me know where I can get more
related information?

Thank you so much.

Regards,
David

You are not allowed to run Office on XPe, activated or not. OK? Whether it
would work or not is moot as you are *not allowed*. Continuing to ask about
getting it to work in a microsoft newsgroup with several microsoft employees
in it is just a *tad* daft, no?
