some outlook contacts do not show up in google calendar?

Some of my outlook contact's birthday do not show up in google
calendar? Some do and some don't? I have searched and have not found
a solution. They do show up in my iPhone when I sync the phone with
outlook. Outlook 2003, XP pro, all updates current.

Ask Google. Google Calendar is not a Microsoft product.
