I'm new to Outlook 2000. It doesn't seem to do some basic things that
Outlook Express did. For instance:

In OE6, when I typed a few letters in the TO: field, OE6 supplied the rest
of the address from my address book. How can I get Outlook 2000 to do this?

I like to print out a copy of important business e-mails for my files. OE6
would print out a copy of the e-mail and in the header would be the
filenames of the attachments I sent. Outlook 2000 does not print out
attachment file names in the header of e-mails.

I often look at newsgroups. Can I place a newsgroup icon in my Outlook 2000
shortcuts?

Thanks

1) Outlook 2000 can't do this. Outlook 2002 and 2003 have a cache function
to autocomplete previously typed addresses

2) Change the message format to Rich Text or Plain Text before printing. For
HTML messages;

3) You can do this. Create a shortcut like news:///msnews.microsoft.com to
open the group with your default newsreader
