some meeting will show up as tentative without even reading them

Hi,
Outlook XP:
Some of the meetings will automaticlly show up as tentative on my calendar,
even though I did not open or read them. Any idea what is causing this?

What do you have set under Resource Scheduling in Outlook Calendar options?
