Some kind of worm ? Please help!

He shouldn't need to turn off the firewall to play games,
even hosting internet games. But get an antivirus program
and the latest virus defs for it. That should identify
any worms\viruses and dispose of them.

Hi Again,

We do use AVG which is up to date but has shown no detected virus, we've
been looking through the various

sites which give information on these- worms?- but havent found anything
which affects Task manager and IE.
