Some graphics missing

Since I upgraded to MS Publisher 2002, on many (such as
Microspft's) websites the jpg and gif files do not
display - only a white box with a red "x" in the corner.
Yet other pages display these just fine! Tried un-
installing Publisher, no change. What happened?

Do this first:
Tools - Internet options - Advanced tab - Multimedia
area - [x] Show pictures
Then read this article:
Internet Explorer Does Not Save Graphics Files in the
Proper Format.
