First you need to save your movie to your harddrive either by clicking on
the "Save to my computer" task option or by pressing CTRL+P.
The next screen that pops up is where you choose the location for the video
as well as the filename.
Then click NEXT.
The next window is where you set the quality for your movie. Your ultimate
goal is to create a DVD so the best option for this is to save your movie as
a DV-AVI file. To do this click the radio button next to "Other Settings"
and then click the arrow in the dropdown box. Select DV-AVI as your setting
and click NEXT.
Now your movie will be rendered. If it is a long project then rendering will
take some time so be patient and don't use your computer for anything else
while it is rendering as this will only slow the process down even more.
Also I recommend disabling your screensaver before beginning your movie
rendering because if the screensaver comes up it will either slow down the
rendering process or, in some cases, cause your computer to crash when
trying to come out of screensaver mode.
Ok, once this is done you will have a playable high quality AVI file on your
harddrive.
To create a DVD you now need DVD authoring software (see the "DVD Programs"
section of my website for a list of good programs) to import your AVI into.
With this software you can create your DVD.
A lot of information, I know, but I wanted to make sure I covered everything
so I hope this helps you.
