What i wanted to ask is a question about nvsvc32.exe and spoolsv.exe.
They both take away performance (which is not minor at all in this case),
there is NO disadvantage when you kill this two processes also.
But still windows re-creates them when deleted, and runs them when killed or
after creation.
How can i stop windows from running them?
They seem to be pretty useless.
