Some data is not available for merges...

I transferred data from Paradox into an ACCESS table, then created a form and
have entered new data into the form. While the new data appears in both the
table and the form, it will not merge into a Word document. (The old data
that was transferred merges just fine.) Did I miss something when I set up
the transfer or the form?

hum, I can't see why this would the case.

Are you talking about records missing, or some columns that don't show?
