Some of my contacts are missing from the contact book. However, when sending
a new email, and clicking on the "To" box, my address book opens and the
contacts that are missing in the contacts book are here. How can I get them
to all show up in the Contacts? I have also tried to create a new address
entry with the name of the missing contacts and I get a message that says
this entry already exists, yet I cannot see it. Please help. Very
frustrated.

"Contact Book?"
Try to use the same terms that Outlook does so we can decipher what you
mean.
I would assume that you have more than one Contacts Folder in your Outlook
profile and that whatever your "Contact Book" is is not the same folder that
you are displaying in your address book view. Examine your profile closely.
This is a configuration error by the end user.
