Last week I installed sbs2003. Two client PCs (both W2k SP4) that were on
the domain for 2 days without incident, then could no longer browse the
domain past the point of :

My Network Places
\Entire Network
\Microsoft Windows Network
\domain

In a few instances they could browse in the domain and the other clients but
not the server.

Removing and rejoining to the domain didn't help. (I set one to a
workgroup, deleted it from 'client computers', recreated it there, then set
it back to domain and logged on again.)

Win2k was reinstalled on both of these PCs on a clean partition last week.
I backed up both with NTBackup to a USB drive, including the system state,
right after the clean Windows install, but I haven't resorted to restoring
that yet. I'd appreciate suggestions for a solution, or any idea if the
cause could be in the sbs configuration.

assuming you can ping the server, what do you receive if using net view \\servername command? here is the troubleshooting tips,
