Some cells don't show up in printout.

I work with a pretty simple spreadsheet for scheduling. There are cells
with SUMs along the right-hand edge and at the bottom that tally up the
number of people on-duty for any given hour, and also for how many hours
per week they're scheduled. When I print preview or print, those cells
do not show up.

VErify that you have selected that area for printing

Please turn HTML off in your posting agent. I'd love to read your

My reply was to make sure you have SELECTED the entire area for printing.

Yes, I did that... :-) There's some sort of property or setting
somewhere, I think (not hide / unhide) that has to do with this.
(not sure what you are using to read responses, but the reply I sent looked
nothing like what you ahve posted here -- I get that if I go into Message
properties and paste from there)

I haven't looked at the headers, but I'm guessing you're posting with
Outlook or Outlook Express. Both, IIRC, default to HTML for some
bizarre reason. You can get away with HTML in email to other people
using most Windows-based MUAs (even though you shouldn't, as it makes
your messages enormous and adds nothing to your content), but Usenet is
a text-based medium, period. In OE, go to Tools, Options, Send to fix.

Not aware of a property or setting that will cause sum's not to print.

My advice --- Delete the current print selection, reset it, view it in Print
Preview mode. If it shows there, you should be good to go.

This tipped me over the edge... selecting everything and then hitting
Print Area fixed me up! Thanks for your help!
