Some cannot launch Project template from link

Hello! I have a link that is meant to open a MS Project template. Some people
have no problem getting the template to open, yet others get a "the page
cannot be found" error, even though they have Project on their PCs. It seems
as though the link is not looking for Project. Is this a setting on each PC
that must be changed?

AFAIK, the proper MIME type for such a file is
"application/vnd.ms-project". You can use e.g.
<http://web-sniffer.net/> to check the "Content-Type" header.
