At times when I hit F5 to compile, the solution builds
without errors or warnings, but the after
displaying "build succeeded" the solution still doesn't
run. I've even left it like that for hours just to find
out if anything at all will happen.
It is not unusual that it takes 3-5 repetions of compile+
abort compilation to actually make a project run.
There seems to be no difference what the startup object
is, but multiple projects definitely causes it to happen
more often. I'm using VB.NET and .NET Framework 1.0.
It might be that this feature does something for security
or else, but personally I just find it annoying.
