I have discovered an undocumented feature in the standard copy of solitaire
distributed with Windows XP and Windows 2000. This feature will let you see
the end game 'animation' without having to play the game to the end.
The code sequence to do this is:
alt+shift+2
There are some other interesting functions in the game that dont appear to
have shortcuts, below is a list of functions and there corresponding codes:
1000 Deal a new game
1001 Undo last action
1002 Choose new deck back
1003 Change Solitaire options
1004 Exit Solitaire
1005 Set game number
1006 Print # of cards in each col
1007 Assertion failure
1008 Heck, I don't know
1009 Configure Solitaire for screen shots
1010 Force a win
However I was unable to get any of the codes between 1005 and 1009 to
execute, even when coding in the shortcuts manually using resource hacker
I hope someone may find this interesting
