I had window 98 but while trying to install window xp the
computer locked up and will not continue to install xp
nor let me get back to window 98. suggestion???????????
 
A little more information would help to diagnose the problem any error
messages , Did you do an upgrade or a new install does your system meet the
requirements

Not that I can help, but you definitely need to give out more
information.

To start with - what kind of computer is it? A Pentium 3 or 4? What
is the processor speed in MHz or GHz? How much RAM do you have? XP
needs a LOT more RAM than Windows 98 did. And the XP programs are
going to need mucho more hard drive space.
