Hello, can someone please help me. I bought the new Nokia E61 Cell Phone and
everytime I try to install the software from the CD provided, it keeps saying
access denied \SOFTWARE. I have checked all the permissions on the registry
and I have full access. It would be great if someone can provide me with
some solutions to this problem.

How do you know that the error is a problem with the registry ... it could
be that it is trying to write to C:\SOFTWARE which does not exist? Are you
an administrator account?

If it is a registry problem, you can use RegMon from www.sysinternals.com,
monitor the install and see what key it is trying to access.

Also, check the EVENTVWR.MSC logs and see if anything is posted.
