Hello:
I wonder if my problem can be solved. I have the Spanish
release of Windows XP and just bought the Print Shop
Deluxe 20.0 from Broderbund and couldn't run it after the
installation. I got "Can't create the directory
C:\Documents and Settings\....\The Print Shop\20.0". It
turned out that "The Print Shop® 20 was created for the
English release of Windows®. The Print Shop® 20 will not
install and function properly on versions of Windows®
created for other languages." Is there something I can
do? Please help!

The Print Shop® 20 was created for the
English release of Windows®. The Print Shop® 20 will not
install and function properly on versions of Windows®
created for other languages.

Which part do you not understand?

You'll need to work with Broderbund on this 1) to see if they have an
edition of that package in a particular language and 2) to see if you can
exchange or return the version that you have now.

There are stores that specialize in multilanguage software packages. Some
in the real world and some online.
